At Starbucks again, this time with a Mocha somethingorother and a pink cupcake. Very tasty.
Nothing particularly interesting to write about. Inspiration is in short supply. Try as I might, I cant seem to write about 'A'. I'm almost at Africa, then we will have something to talk about.
I find Africa fascinating, and hope to go there one day. Maybe "Antelope' will be fun.
Heck, I dont know. I'm just rambling.
Books. Thats what we'll talk about today. Books..
Did you know, that before the printing press was invented, everything was written by hand? Of course you did. Everyone knows that. I mean, its not like they had computers or anything. Just hands. But they did have block print, you know, they carved each letter for a page on a block of wood, inked it, and put it on paper. Yep. They did that in China first, but have you seen their alphabet? Its beautiful, but totally complicated. Can you imagine carving each and every character for a whole book onto a block of wood! No thankyou. I will stick with my laptop.

Now we have SO many books! Its crazy! There are books on everything from Alfred Hitchcock to Xylophones. Biographies on every famous person you could think of. Nicholas Cage is a wackjob incase you were wondering.
Yeah, theres a book about him too.
But anyway I dont have time to write about him. I have to go communicate with extraterrestrials and stare at the ceiling for a few hours. Then its off to my Jello making class.
